Eryn had always known from a young age she wanted to work with animals. As a kid, she expressed a particular love for the care aspect of working with dogs, cats, small pets and even horses! Her passion began in middle school as a baby sitter where she got to experience household pets at a new light and it led her to begin after-school job searching. At 18, she applied for the pet care position at PetSmart, and from there, her passion only got stronger. Starting in January of 2022, she transitioned from small pet care to the salon. There, she learned the absolute basics of dog grooming, slowly getting stronger and stronger as weeks went by. In July of 2022, she entered into PetSmart’s grooming academy led by the very talented Tabitha, where she was taught and safety certified as a Professional Pet Stylist! At PetSmart she made so many great relationships with her fellow groomers and clientele alike. But in June of 2025, Eryn decided she wanted to venture out and explore more ways of the pet grooming world. After a difficult, yet heartwarming goodbye, she found herself in a few private salons, which unfortunately didn’t work out. After a hard time looking for the right place, she brainstormed all the different ways to satisfy her current clients; hence her newest creation: Prancing Paws Pet Pawlor!

Aurielle Torrey
Bather & Stylist in Training
Aurielle is Eryn’s younger sister, who has taken quite a liking to the career she’s gotten to see a glimpse of. After months of debating and finally caving in, Auri has grown to love the care aspect of grooming and is now in the midst of training under Eryn’s wing! As of right now, she’s starting slow and assisting with baths and blowouts, but is learning rather quick! When she isn’t pampering your pups beside Eryn, she can be found learning new choreography for a dance she likes, or keeping up with her videography and editing page on tiktok.
